About the founder Stephen Taylor
Stephen Taylor of Propaganda part of the Promo Concept group started out with a mission. His original mission was to become a young entrepreneur having loved business from an early age. He learnt business from a young age of around 6 years old sitting next to his dear father on the phone listening to him put real estate deals together as he was a property developer. Stephen Taylor loved the deal and especially the creative side of deal making and had a good vision looking at the big picture of any business plan. Stephen Taylor of Promo Concepts Propaganda and Sweet Concepts won the British Gas young entrepreneur award 1999.
Stephen Taylor of Propaganda part of the Promo Concepts group is an original big picture thinker. He was always thinking about promotional products and enjoyed the wide variety of promotional gifts. From the huge variety of sweets and other promotional gifs he felt there was always an opportunity to look at something new in the promotional gift markets. Stephen Taylor of Promo Concepts Propaganda and Sweet Concepts was one of the first people to offer the Mint Cards and Click It tins back in 2001. The mint cards were a new promotional gift in 2002 and took the world by storm. It was clear that Stephen Taylor of Promo Concepts Propaganda and Sweet Concepts had an eye for hit products as the mint cards sold over 650,000 units in 2003. The reason they were so popular was due their flat slim pocket sized plastic outer shell that also lent itself perfectly to the promotional gift sector. Promotional business gifts need a good print surface as the gifts need good promotional print space to print corporate promotional messages and images. Stephen Taylor of Promo Concepts Propaganda and Sweet Concepts saw that the mint cards were a perfect promotional corporate gift and soon after seeing how successful they became Stephen Taylor of Promo Concepts Propaganda and Sweet Concepts started to think about developing his own ranges of mint cards. The Mini Mint IT card was born and Stephen Taylor of Promo Concepts Propaganda and Sweet Concepts introduced into the market a new small stamp sized mint card. Although the promotional corporate messaging space was smaller than the original it also proved to be a real success. It had a cuteness to it and could easily slip into a bag or back pocket almost unnoticed. It was a new promotional corporate gift.
Stephen Taylor of Propaganda part of the Promo Concepts is an inventor and creator and enjoys thinking about the next best promotional gift. His keen eye for detail has led to many new products including more recently the Panoflex cable. Stephen saw another useful product that needed adapting. It was not sweets this time but an all in one charging cable. The challenges that Stephen discovered with this product were all together very different to promotional sweets, it was to solve the headache of carrying different short promotional charging cables in one single cable yet still having a great promotional print area. So Stephen invented a 60cm fast charging data transfer cable which had a good promotional print surface. The Panoflex cable was unique as it had not only a fast charging capable which is so useful to get juice back into a device but also transfers data.
