I have been reflecting on our relationship with Propaganda so thought I would commit some thoughts to email.

As I have always maintained, you are the best promotional merchandise agency I have ever worked with, your blend of fantastic customer service, superb account handing and innovative product sourcing and selection have made me discard your competitors brochures for months as I know they will struggle to get close to you on price or service.

Credit where credit is due, Maya has been fantastic in cultivating our relationship. …. Being honest, I was reluctant to meet in the first instance as I was happy to use one of my existing suppliers, however since our first meeting I have spoken to no one else due to your attitude, willingness to please and ability to deliver.

So many companies have very strong business development executives but once the business is won and account passed to the ‘team’ the day to day experience is very different. This is where propaganda really shines for me. I get passed from a very strong account director to the outstanding Roxanne. As a hygiene factor, she provides quotes, sources products and manages my account fantastically, but this is not where I feel her real strengths lie. She understands our business and finds opportunities to help me source products and save money on items that I would not have even considered you for. Her service, customer focus and tenacity are second to none and her ability to not only retain, but to grow accounts in a competitive cut price marketplace is a real asset.

Thank you for all your support this year, I have really felt you have been on our side, as a partner.

I am just writing to give feedback on Jo and John. We have used propaganda several times in the last few years, each time was fairly small orders and to very tight deadlines. On each occasion we have received our products in good quality before the deadline.

Every time we have dealt with John he has been extremely quick and efficient at getting and amending quotes, and was helpful and forthcoming with suggested gift ideas and model types. Furthermore, in the rather long gaps between jobs, as we requested he has not called or pestered us to see if there are any forthcoming jobs, which on a personal note I especially appreciate.

Jo has been equally efficient on the production side, especially on our last job, when a colour-matching error at the factory meant the items had to be collected from us and re-printed at the factory. All of this was done with little stress on our part, and the finished items still arrived with us exactly when promised, before our deadline.

In short – both of them are absolute stars, and we will not hesitate to use Propaganda in the future because of that.

I wrote to you back in January to highlight my positive experience of dealing with Tara Gentry. I have dealt with Tara again in the last two months and once again the level of service I have encountered has been second to none. As was the case in January, our requirement was pretty short notice and would eventually become relatively complex.

Tara remained patient throughout the process, with our requirements changing slightly and contact bouncing back and forth for approval. She negotiated great prices with your suppliers and also negotiated a solution to our complex requirements, at no extra cost!

One of the most impressive things for me was the speed with which Tara got these orders processed and turned around for us. We were up against it time wise and the items actually arrived a day before when was suggested!

As with January, fingers crossed that the products turn out to be as good as Tara’s service. I’m sure they will.

At this stage, I could not be happier with Tara and I hope this excellent service and relationship continues. I have turned down requests for business from a number of other suppliers as I find it hard to believe that they could meet the standards we have experienced with Tara and Propa.

As a purchasing exercise we went out to two other suppliers with similar requests and neither could fulfil them with the cost and lead time that you could.

A big thank you to Tara and everyone at Propa that has been involved in our recent business. You have played your own part in contributing to our attendance at Paris Airshow 2013. Kind regards.
